Add alert words

Add words (or phrases) to the user's set of configured alert words.

Parameters
alert_words (string)[] required
Example: ["foo", "bar"]
An array of strings to be added to the user's set of configured
alert words. Strings already present in the user's set of alert words
already are ignored.
Alert words are case insensitive.

Changes: As of Zulip 7.0 (feature level 167), if any
parameters sent in the request are not supported by this
endpoint, a successful JSON response will include an
ignored_parameters_unsupported
array.
